Our Belief
The foundational beliefs that guide our ministry and teaching at Glory Apologetics
These are the core doctrines we hold as essential to the Christian faith
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, without error in all that it affirms. It is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and co-eternal, being one in essence and nature.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is a free gift from God, not earned by good works, but received by trusting in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
The Church
We believe in the universal Church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members. We also believe in the importance of the local church for worship, fellowship, and the Great Commission.
The Return of Christ
We believe in the personal, visible, and glorious return of Jesus Christ. His coming is imminent and will be followed by the resurrection of the dead, the judgment, and the establishment of His eternal Kingdom.
Heaven and Hell
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost—they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. Heaven and hell are real, literal places.
